Cirrus CEO will present on ‘Creating an Agile Organisation’ to charity leaders
Dr Simon Hayward, CEO of Cirrus and author of Connected Leadership: How to build a more agile, customer-driven business, is presenting on at The Charity Finance Group Annual Conference in London on 18 May.
Simon will present the closing plenary session at the one-day conference on the subject of ‘Creating an Agile Organisation’. He will draw on his extensive academic research and over 25 years’ experience of partnering with international clients on major leadership development programmes.
The Charity Finance Group champions best practice in finance management in the voluntary sector. The conference, which will be held at The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, will welcome over 600 finance leaders from across the charity sector and civil society. It is part of a wide programme of events that enable charity sector finance leaders to develop essential leadership and financial management skills, and to network and share knowledge with peers. A culture of sharing and contributing to the wider sector, beyond the individual charities in membership, is at the heart of CFG’s activities.
Cirrus works closely in partnership with leading charities including Macmillan and Anthony Nolan. Simon has also fund raised for several cancer charities and is vice president of East Cheshire Hospice.
This session will offer practical tips and highlight real-world examples to help delegates:
