Tesco Bank and Cirrus win Employee Engagement Award

We are thrilled that the Tesco Bank Customer Engagement programme, co-created and co-delivered in partnership with Cirrus, has won for a prestigious Employee Engagement (EE) Award in the category of Customer Engagement.

This innovative, successful programme recently won a prestigious HR Network Award in Scotland and was a finalist in the category of ‘Best L&D/HR Consultancy‘ at the CIPD People Management Awards. It has had a significant impact not only on employee engagement but also customer satisfaction. The bank has also seen a dramatic decrease in complaints.

The EE Awards recognise excellence in engagement that inspires action and drives the employee experience forward. Winners are always forward thinking organisations that strive to do things differently and put their workforce at the heart of their operations.

The judges commented that the programme was “creative and engaging” and had “delivered tangible and measurable outcomes”. They were also impressed by “the visible strength of the partnership between Cirrus and Tesco Bank”.

The award was presented at a gala dinner in Wembley Stadium, London, on 26th January. We are delighted to see all the success we have achieved together with Tesco Bank recognised by yet another prestigious, industry-leading award.
