Cirrus to speak at DWF and CIPD dinner in Edinburgh

Transformation that boosts performance

Nicky Little from Cirrus to speak at DWF and CIPD Edinburgh dinner alongside Neil Barrell, Three UK’s Director of People Services and Delivery.

Nicky Little, Director and Head of Consulting at Cirrus, has been invited to speak at a special CIPD dinner event in Edinburgh. The dinner is hosted by our clients, the leading law firm DWF, in their Fountainbridge offices on Thursday 23 February. It is held in conjunction with the CIPD South-East of Scotland Branch, and is an exclusive learning and networking event for senior HR executives and practitioners. Nicky is delighted to have been invited along.

Nicky will speak after dinner on the topic of ‘Transformation that boosts performance’, drawing on her extensive experience of working with many leading organisations on major change programmes.

Joining Nicky is Cirrus client Neil Barrell, Three UK’s Director of People Services and Delivery. Neil leads the team responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the Three people strategy, helping employees to fulfil their potential and provide a great customer experience. He will share fascinating insights into Three’s successful transformation journey.

To achieve successful transformation, Three drew heavily on the concept of Connected Leadership, based on research from Cirrus CEO Dr Simon Hayward. Nicky will demonstrate how Connected Leadership can help organisations to transform by developing greater agility and customer focus.

Neil and Nicky’s presentation will be followed by an open discussion. The objective of the event is to provide a network forum within a relaxed atmosphere for HR leaders from a wide range of organisations.
