Sustainable learning for leaders and teams working remotely and across time zones
When leaders or teams are working remotely or in different locations and time zones, getting together to attend a workshop may not be possible.
That’s why we use interactive, virtual workshops to reach your global audience. Virtual workshops offer the flexibility you need. Learning can work around real-world demands and be recorded as a future resource.
Learners can join live workshops via their laptop from their remote location, for direct access to their facilitator and to connect with their cohort.
Our virtual workshops
Our virtual workshops are for leaders, managers and the whole organisation. They are delivered by our highly experienced global faculty and draw on years of experience in designing and delivering effective virtual learning programmes.
We can design bespoke virtual development programmes, help you convert existing programmes to virtual delivery or add virtual elements to maintain momentum during these times of disruption.
Each of our virtual workshops is accompanied by a PDF workbook that embeds the learnings from the session and toolkits to support learners in practising their skills. Virtual workshops are typically between 45 and 90 minutes long and are suitable for groups of up to 20 people.
We have an extensive range of virtual workshops that are designed and ready to deliver on demand.
These virtual workshops can help manage the shift to remote working and learning during these challenging times…

Interactive and collaborative
Engagement is key to changing behaviour. If an attendee is kept engaged and active, their grasp and retention will soar. The reason our virtual workshops work so well is that they are highly interactive and collaborative. Learners get quick wins that they can apply immediately.
We offer a choice of platforms to suit your needs, including WebEx, Adobe Connect and Zoom, and by using the full range of tools, our virtual workshops offer the same personalised interactions as in our face-to-face workshops. Learners can chat, vote in polls, ask questions, write on virtual whiteboards and go into virtual breakout rooms to do small group work such as practising skills, action planning, coaching and discussions.
We follow a set of unique design and delivery principles to support a sustainable change in behaviour through our virtual learning.
“The digital learning is being enthusiastically adopted by an international audience and feedback is extremely positive . Senior leaders have described it as highly innovative and key to meeting GSK’s strategic goals. Participants are adopting new habits and making every day behavioural changes which over time are contributing to overall transformation.”
Kim Lafferty, VP, Head of People Development, GSK
