Lead to Succeed developed senior leaders to drive M&S forward in a highly competitive market.
M&S was looking to develop the capability of 350 senior leaders to support an ambitious transformation. Its goal was to change how it responded to changing customer needs and an unpredictable business environment.
M&S wanted to create fresh impetus and galvanise leaders to drive the business in line with core values. It wanted a challenging and innovative leadership development programme. A sharper focus was needed around collaborative working, customer needs and clearer accountability.
Cirrus designed a flagship, modular programme for M&S. Lead to Succeed provided challenging opportunities to develop leadership capability and aid succession.
It combined face to face learning, business simulations, assessment feedback and a buddy review
Participants completed a 360 degree assessment and profiling questionnaires
Ongoing coaching allowed leaders to define their goals in line with strategic objectives. It provided support to help embed learning and achieve goals
