Our consulting team has expanded with the addition of Vincent Pokropek, who brings over 20 years of experience of helping organisations to transform and improve their performance. Russell Pocock combines experience of leadership development and strategic marketing to create client-centred change. Organisational psychologist Becky Hamment draws on her deep expertise in talent and leadership to deliver powerful results, and business psychologist Leah Varughese designs and delivers blended learning programmes that create positive shifts in behaviour. Tahjma Richardson will be joining as lead consultant, building on her expertise in diversity and inclusion.
Account director Vezi Ncube has extensive experience of working in partnership with colleagues and clients to create successful solutions.
Design consultant Louise Carruthers develops innovative, learner-centred experiences that transcend the everyday to transform leadership behaviours.
To ensure consistently high-quality programme delivery, Courtney Arberry-Jones joins as a project manager, with Rachel Goodchild as project coordinator and Jess Lines in delivery support.
Edda Eisenmann joins us as lead creative designer to develop inventive creative solutions which are such a critical part of our immersive blended experiences. Working alongside Edda, Sophie McStay also joins our creative team as a graphic designer.
