We are thrilled that Cirrus is a finalist in the prestigious Business Culture Awards. We have been shortlisted in the categories of Consultancy of the Year and Business Culture in a Crisis.
Business Culture in a Crisis is a new category for 2020, a year when Covid-19 has triggered seismic change for organisations everywhere.
We are extremely proud to be shortlisted for these awards because they recognise the achievements of our fantastic global team in extraordinary times. We have worked in partnership with our clients to provide increasingly innovative solutions, meeting their changing needs in our virtual world.
As a specialist in virtual learning, Cirrus has been able to support clients who already engaged in virtual global programmes as well as supporting others to transition from a face-to-face to a virtual environment to maintain learning momentum. In addition, many of our recent solutions have been rapidly developed to help clients deal with the challenges of remote working, new business models, changing customer behaviours, and ensuring that they retain a focus on talent and leadership development during this period of intense change.
All of this has been achieved through our ‘one team’ ethos. Our most recent colleague survey found that more of us than ever feel proud to work for Cirrus. We would like to thank everyone in our brilliant team.
We would also like to thank all of the fantastic clients we partner with across the globe. We’re proud that we have maintained consistently high levels of client satisfaction as many of our programmes have been transformed.
The Business Culture Awards celebrate organisations who recognise how their people’s employment experience is fundamental to business performance. Last year Cirrus and our client RB won the Business Culture Team of the Year Award and in 2018 we won the award for Best International Initiative with our client Standard Chartered. This year’s winners will be announced on 25 November.
Cirrus also recently won two prestigious International Business Awards. We won the Gold award for Company of the Year and Bronze in the category of Most Valuable Covid-19 Corporate Response. These awards are a wonderful recognition of everything we have accomplished.
