Dr Simon Hayward joins University of Manchester alumni

What are the challenges of leadership in the 21st century? Dr Simon Hayward joins University of Manchester alumni in London for a panel discussion on Tuesday 20 June.

The panel will explore the evolving demands on leaders, challenge the traditional notions of what leaders represent, and deconstruct the ideas which guide modern approaches to leadership.

This event will be chaired by writer, poet and Chancellor of the University of Manchester, Lemn Sissay.

The panel also includes Alison Nimmo, CEO of The Crown Estate (an organisation Cirrus is very proud to work with) and Naa Acquah, General Secretary of the University of Manchester Students’ Union.

Together they will explore ideas on what leaders represent, the value of diversity, the skills they need and how they are perceived in a world that has ‘had enough of experts’.
