2021 has been an exciting year so far for Cirrus and our clients, and our team continues to grow. In March we became part of Accenture, opening up a new world of opportunity. We are proud to welcome eight new colleagues to our global family as we create increasingly innovative digital learning and leadership development solutions for our clients around the world.

As an Account Director I am responsible for building long lasting client relationships by prioritising their context, needs and proving outstanding services each time.
Digital Marketing Executive
As a Digital Marketing Executive, my role is to support the business growth team by raising the profile of Cirrus through improved website performance, engaging social media, compelling email communications and rigorous analysis to measure ROI.
Consulting and coaching team
My purpose is to support leaders and teams in bringing their very best selves to work by taking a holistic approach to leadership, team, and organisational development.
Bringing an intrinsic passion to understand human behaviour and relationships, I have a background in clinical psychology research and later pursued a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics in Organisational and Social Psychology. I have broad experience in assessment, team and leadership development, as well as organisational culture. I have worked across various industries and countries in EMEA and North America.
I have spent the last 15 years improving organisations, by assessing and developing their leaders, coaching and enhancing their people-related interventions and frameworks (related to topics like learning, leadership competencies, mentoring, leadership potential and learning agility). I facilitate important conversations on themes like diversity, inclusion, performance, leadership potential and new ways to create inspiring, engaging and human work environments.
I have lived and worked in Brazil and the UK delivering projects for global clients in different sectors including financial services, public sector, technology and consumer.
I‘m a business psychologist with a passion for all things people. I’m also a member of the British Psychological Society and qualified Test User.
As a Talent Coordinator, I am excited to be delivering on Cirrus projects where I can work collaboratively with others, build strong relationships, and make a positive impact.
Design and delivery team
As a Project Coordinator I support the delivery team by ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and to budget. My role typically includes planning certain parts of the project, monitoring its progress, coordinating meetings and overseeing projects.
I have previous experience as a Project Manager supporting the full lifecycle of global, live, virtual and digital events, communication and educational campaigns.
In my spare time I enjoy Hiking, Wakeboarding, Skiing and basically anything outdoors.
Design Hub Coordinator and Support
As a Design Hub Coordinator, I support the design team by managing the training delivery process from start to finish. I have previously worked in the learning and design industry, focusing on leadership and diversity for high level management.
Outside of work I own a high-end electric scooter business (the ones that go around 40mph+) and partake in community support where I can.
As a Learning Consultant, I am passionate about the power that learning has to unlock potential and make a real difference.
I work collaboratively with both colleagues and clients to find the right learner centric solutions to meet our clients’ needs. I have 14 years’ experience in the learning space; seven in formal education before transitioning into digital learning and development. I’m always looking for ways to learn and grown both professionally and within my personal life.
