Cirrus and Ipsos LEAD will launch our Leadership Connections 2017 research at a very special breakfast event at The Ivy on Wednesday 15 March 2017.
Over the past two years, the industry-leading Leadership Connections research from Ipsos LEAD and Cirrus has explored how HR leaders connect with the C-suite, contribute to strategy, and develop agility and innovation. The results sparked much debate amongst the HR community and gained widespread media coverage.
This year, we are exploring the role of HR in transforming organisations. The research began with a roundtable discussion in November 2016. Participants talked about how much the pace and frequency of transformation has increased as the world becomes less predictable. Since then, we’ve carried out in-depth, one-to-one interviews with HR leaders from many major organisations.
Places at the launch event are extremely limited, and priority will be given to Ipsos LEAD and Cirrus clients.
