Mathew Gifford has joined Cirrus as a consultant, based in our London office and working with clients across the globe. Mathew brings wide-ranging consulting experience gained across a variety of industries.
Mathew joins Cirrus during an exciting period of growth as we develop increasingly innovative leadership, talent and engagement programmes to drive transformation across organisations.
A keen sportsperson with an MSc in sport and exercise psychology, Mathew is passionate about enabling others to perform and reach their full potential.
He joins Cirrus from consultancy Bailey & French where he facilitated face-to-face and virtual workshops with leaders from many major organisations, enabling them to improve performance and wellbeing.
Prior to this, Mathew was a consultant at Lane4, contributing to the creation of large-scale leadership and management development programmes, with a focus on blended learning and digital delivery. He also developed significant expertise in coaching, assessment, and learning design.
He began his career at Toyota, where he managed the Toyota Academy’s learning recognition programme and was part of a team that successfully piloted and implemented a new range of Toyota Way management and leadership programmes across the UK.
