Nadine Smart joins Cirrus

We welcome our new head of talent

We are thrilled to welcome Nadine Smart to Cirrus as our new head of talent assessment. Nadine has over 20 years’ experience of partnering with a range of leading international clients at a strategic level. In her new role at Cirrus, Nadine will work closely in partnership with clients to identify and build talent across all leadership levels.

“It was important for me to join an organisation where talent assessment is seen as part of an integrated offer,” says Nadine. “Cirrus blends leadership development, engagement and talent to provide clients with a more joined-up solution.”

Nadine is passionate about combining her technical capability as a chartered business psychologist with her hands-on business expertise to create pragmatic, value adding solutions that enable organisations to attract, manage and grow talent to achieve ambitious goals.

“I see a great opportunity to provide clients with an integrated talent offer across the employee journey and provide solutions that draw on our digital and creative expertise to do something in the talent space which is truly unique and impactful for the clients,” she says. “Our clients are operating in highly complex, fast paced and connected environments. They need leaders who can support and drive success in this world. I felt that the Cirrus connected approach would help our clients both find and develop great leaders. We have deep insights into what great leadership looks like in that context and we can use that expertise to provide a strong research based foundation to our talent assessment and development.”

Nadine is particularly experienced in working with board-level and senior leadership teams. She brings a pragmatic yet robust approach to wide-ranging programmes, and creating highly tailored assessment and development approaches. Major clients have included Allianz, Citibank, Britvic, Waterstones, Civil Service, eBay and PayPal. She has also worked with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) to develop a high level assessment process for HR professionals applying for Chartership.

Nadine has an MBA, an MSc in Occupational Psychology, and an MA (Hons) in Psychology and Spanish. She is a founding member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
