The programme, which won the ‘Employee Engagement’ category, has had a significant impact not only on employee engagement but also customer satisfaction. The bank has also seen a dramatic decrease in complaints.

In September, Cirrus was a finalist in the category of ‘Best L&D/HR Consultancy‘ at the CIPD People Management Awards, also in recognition of our successful work with Tesco Bank.
