Tesco Bank and Cirrus win HR Network Award

Our clients at Tesco Bank have won a prestigious HR Network Award in recognition of the hugely successful Customer Engagement Programme, co-created and co-delivered in partnership with Cirrus.

The programme, which won the ‘Employee Engagement’ category, has had a significant impact not only on employee engagement but also customer satisfaction. The bank has also seen a dramatic decrease in complaints.

We are delighted to see all the success we have achieved together recognised by such a prestigious, industry-leading award.

In September, Cirrus was a finalist in the category of ‘Best L&D/HR Consultancy‘ at the CIPD People Management Awards, also in recognition of our successful work with Tesco Bank.

The programme is also a finalist in the Employee Engagement Awards.
