The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the move to a hybrid workforce

by | Feb 11, 2021 | News

Alison Tickner, managing director of Asia-Pacific at Cirrus, discusses how the pandemic has accelerated the transition to a hybrid workforce model.

The impact of the global pandemic across the APAC region has been as diverse as the countries that make up the region.

Alison Tickner explains that in many cases, the pandemic has quickened a pre-existing drive towards agility manifesting in this way. “Many were already seeking to become more agile, digitally enabled and responsive to customer needs,” she says. “The COVID crisis has accelerated this transformation. The best organisations have adapted with speed and focus.”

Whilst the future remains as uncertain as the course of the pandemic itself, the hybrid workforce is now part of the landscape.
