We are thrilled to announce that Cirrus and our clients at Three UK have been shortlisted for a prestigious HR Excellence Award in the category of ‘Best Learning and Development Strategy’. Three UK CEO Dave Dyson has also been nominated for ‘Most People-Focused CEO’.
This is a fantastic achievement and recognises the quality and innovative nature of the work we are doing together.
The judging panel is made up of influential HR directors and CEOs and The HR Excellence Awards are described as ‘incredibly competitive’. The judging panel consisted of top HR directors and CEOs from a range of organisations and the criteria was tightened for 2016, meaning that only the very best entries have made it on to the shortlist. The shortlist showcases the talent and innovative work being carried out by the HR community.
Earlier this year, Three and Cirrus were finalists in the prestigious HR Distinction Awards in the category of ‘Distinction in People Development’. Cirrus is immensely proud to partner with Three on an extensive programme of leadership development which has contributed to Three’s transformation from the UK’s most complained about mobile operator to the least complained about. Employee engagement has increased and overall performance has improved.
In 2015, Dave Dyson, CEO of Three UK, was voted as one of the UK’s top three CEOs in the annual Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Awards. Dave has described the leadership development from Cirrus as having a “lasting impact” and is enthusiastic about the benefits it has brought: “Everyone’s aligned to and excited by our core purpose, increasing the momentum of deliverables.”
Three also features as a case study in Cirrus CEO Dr Simon Hayward’s book, Connected Leadership. The case study particularly focuses on Three’s tremendous agility, which has helped the business to respond swiftly to a rapidly changing marketplace and to create customer-centred solutions.
HR Excellence Award winners will be announced at a gala dinner on Tuesday 28 June at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
