Our transformational coaching programme is a 100-day journey. We focus on the individual and how they make the behaviour change.
We establish behaviour change through diagnostics. Priorities and areas of focus are set from the outset, and the sessions are tailored to deliver these.
Coaching sessions are every four weeks and can be delivered via face-to-face, over the phone or Skype. Session feedback is provided immediately through our portal, Strata.
