Join Bruce Charlesworth from RB and Jenny Perkins from Cirrus as they share the story of award-winning cultural transformation in RB’s R&D function.
Jenny will interview Bruce, RB’s Chief Medical Officer – Relief, Hygiene and Wellness, at 4.40pm on Wednesday 16 September at the Business Culture Connected livestream event, Building Culture and Performance in Changing Times.
The story of RB’s Connected Centre of Excellence programme
When RB, the multinational healthcare and consumer goods business, decided to open a new Centre for Scientific Excellence in Hull, it represented the largest single investment in the company’s history. It also presented an opportunity for cultural change.
RB wanted optimise the value of its investment by enhancing the already positive culture across R&D in order to create a truly excellent employee experience: one founded on principles of engagement and trust, and grounded in the belief that people matter.
During this 20-minute live session you will discover:
- Why RB decided to embark on the Connected Centre of Excellence programme
- How the programme achieved cultural change
- How a connected culture has helped RB to deal with Covid and other challenges.
You will also have the opportunity to pose questions during a live Q&A.
This session is part of an extensive two-day livestream event where a wide range of speakers from leading organisations will share how they are approaching employee engagement, wellbeing and learning in our unpredictable world.
