Cirrus CEO Dr Simon Hayward will speak at the Finance Directors’ Forum on Tuesday 9 October.
Simon’s one-hour conference session will explore ‘Why we need to be agile leaders to prosper in a digital world’. He will look at how developing more agile leadership can drive innovation and sustainable success.
Simon will highlight some of the research carried out for his most recent book, The Agile Leader, and draw on real-world case studies to demonstrate the impact of agile leadership. He will also take questions from delegates.
The Finance Directors’ Forum, organised by Richmond Events, provides an opportunity for finance directors to step away from the workplace, forge new connections, and discover new initiatives. The conference programme aims to give attendees the intellectual stimulus and opportunity to plan the next steps for their organisations.
The event will be held at The Grove, an award-winning, five-star retreat in Hertfordshire.
